Automatic Renewal Falsified

The corporation AT&T states that people had an automatic renewal. We didn't. We registered for normal telephone / online sites in 2005 whenever we first exposed. We changed nothing ever since then. An office in Atlanta, Ga, stated these were AT&T (formerly Bell South) and stated just these were those to deal with our agreement. We approached AT& T after getting a telephone call to restore the agreement for another 3 years. We informed them we weren't reviving the agreement. We'd just cope with every month. The girl sent a doc stating she had a need to contain it authorized to be able to stop. We closed and faxed back. She stated later it didn't undergo and had a need to send it again. Again we followed instructions. Later at the conclusion of the year we named to remove. This same agnet / workplace subsequently stated they'd a restoration. We experienced this many times. I subsequently mentioned why could they've records on our termination if it had been automated. It had been mentioned we were eliminating. We are in possession of a sizable statement from AT&T for $1663.31 an overall total manufacturing. They terminated the telephone point subsequently continued to express the statement is for eliminating ahead of time. Please recommend.
