Poor service and replacement of wireing

Well charter cable company are not putting in new fiber optic cables for one, number two the pictures are bad, and high speed internet is not is fast as it says it is. And they do not replace wire on propertys just to the house or duplexes when they should. And all they can say is iits your system or units. I bin working on compuer system and eletriacal for over 15yrs and they have the baddest service. I cant even ugrade my services because I dont trust them. P.S. And there freqinces are too low because of the old cable they have in the ground. Someone needs to have this problem fixed.
