Repeatly canceled a service and they won't shut my phone off

A notice about cricket. I've usually settled my statement promptly. Cricket nevertheless delivered me a text informing me when the statement is not compensated, the support is likely to be turn off. Who would like the hassel of calling all of them the full time, if you have settled your statement. I'd contact them-and they'd say yes they've my cost. There solution was, we deliver texts to everybody, nicely that's not appropriate in my experience. I'd enough of this, and so I got a prepaid telephone now. I informed Cricket with my cost to close my phone down. They didn't, I've sent them many times informing them to close my telephone down and named and informed their customer support. I'm really furious at repeatly eliminating something, I've ended. I've never had that much trouble. I might have to find legal counsel is that this telephone isn't turn off.
