Funds into account w/out permission and now harrassing calls

I've been named by All-Pro Restoration with a guy called John Campbell. He proceeded to inform me that I'd a pay day loan that was transferred into my consideration several mos back. I've no report of contract or any quantity to obtain a your hands on these folks. John Campbell go to inform me he would prosecute myself and that I would be studied to courtroom and prosecute to get a fortune. I attempted to describe that I have to several, tackle, or mail contact to have ahold of SMJ Advertising and he explained he'll not provide me that info. They've named and harassed my loved ones, buddies, and might work. Nevertheless not providing me-any info execpt that I owe income and greater pay asap. I've documented him towards the Fair Debt Work, since not just are they harassing me but threatening me. Please if anybody has info to have ahold of SMJ Advertising that owuld be excellent. I did so a research on google and all that pops up is Paydayloans, no quantity and also you need to get thru appling. Please support!
