I'd the prepaid twelve months agreement. After my first-year of disappointed service because of poor link horrible speech particularly when calling a mobile phone, plus rude unhelpful customer support. I chose to stop my second-year. Therefore, I sent customer support to stop, they explained that my second-year agreement had instantly restored itself following the end-of the very first year which I really could not cancel it. Or I'd shed all of the cash paid upfront.
