Although my child was joining Penn State, I'd a home connected. At-one stage I had been late spending the statement (another tale) plus they delivered a dunning notice. I settled that statement. We extended to complete business together for another 7 weeks until my child finished. Which was three years ago. Today it seems that despite having been compensated, they delivered the statement to some libraries company who's bothering my child. After I named them, Verizon stated they display a credit on that type of $3. BUT after arguing the statement towards the selections company, THEY returned to us having a backup of the initial statement for $97 and demand we still owe it. Verizon claims they CAn't provide me-any more information. Just the selections company could possibly get it! Verizon can't know how irrational it's to express we'venot compensated, but display an ongoing connection and an closing credit of $3!! They'll do-nothing concerning the choices company. This really is influencing my kids credit score. I don't understand what more to complete.
