My son or his wife used our home number on this website to get a 1-800 toll-free voice-mail number and because they used our computer to do it, this company assumes it is the authorized user and the charge is put on our home phone! I asked the rep HOW someone who doesn't have authority can put a charge on your home phone. While we were out of town, they used our computer, and checked a box saying they had that authority, and that is all it took. They did refund one month of the four months it was charged, and with so many crazy charges on one's phone, who is to know what is valid and what is 'user line charge' 'inter-lata' 'voice additive' etc.
