Broke my compute

My magic jack broke (which doesn't work well with faxes and then plain broke) so we got a live chat instead of a phone number 2 1/2 hours later they went into my reg edit and stop me from being able to open any new files had me turn off my computer, again they have no phone and then I was stuck with a broken computer. Their resolution after I had to have info pulled off and had to do a complete restore, was for me to redo the same stuff that broke my computer and when I wouldn't and just asked for a replacement they won't send a call tag to even pay for the return shipping of their broken piece of crap.
