Unauthorized charges

For 30 days this company has be calling me to charge me 200 mdolars in-calls that i never did, they've send mean invoice 15 days later as well as in it seems 3 phone lines that aren't mine which have been used to call to all the planet, without having my authorization they've debited among my bank records, i just owe them 3 dolars plus they have debited $ 100.00, i've called them many times and nobody need's to resolve the issue, this can be a freud fro certain.
