Ripoff Debited my bank Visa card twice without authourization

In May I purchased their product using my banks Visa card. That was a one time authorization. Since then they have debited my account twice without authorization, both times causing my account to be NSF and both times I was charged an NFS charge.

When I discovered what was happenning I called my bank, they gave me a fax # to report my transaction dispute and issued me a new card.

Before sending the fax I decieded to try and resolve the problem with the company first. I emailed the company with my complaint and asked them to credit my bank account. They responded immediately and said they would check their records.

When they responed again they said that my order had been entered as an automatic reship every 60 days and that they would try to find the phone recording if I didn't agree with their information.

I responded that I was certain I did not agree to the automatic reship and that I am not in the habit of obligating myself to a product I have never tried. I asured him that when he retrieves the phone recording that he will find I declined the offer of auto reship.
After waiting over a week with no responce I again emailed them asking them to credit my bank account $201.97. I have not had a responce back.

Mean while because I am not working I am going to have my utilities shut off in the next few days because I can not pay them.
