Harassing phone calls!

I keep getting calls from an unavailable quantity. The folks calling hardly speak English. They contact numerous occasions each day! Some kind of charge card present. After I let them know to prevent, they inform me to Y down, then two hours later... More calls. After I request details of the organization, they hang-up. After I request a telephone number, they hang-up again...

I really donot understand what to complete, lacking altering my range. I'm wanting somebody may have ideas of who this really is Vendor monetary??? Jewelry credit card???

Any suggestions could be good.
