I registered for vontage phone support and before I acquired any equipment to make use of the support my home burned down. The home burned on September 18th plus they claim they sent the equipment on september 27th. There is no body there to receive something. However they wish to cost me for anything I never got small single employed. Each time I contact them I wind up on hold for 15 to 20 units, I've been stop many times when placed on store. It's today Jan plus they are nevertheless charging me for that support and state I will have to pay for $130.00 to cancell the support that we named and attempted to cancell in Sept. Once the home burned. They're horrible to use they don't understand what one or even the other does.
