Giving me the runaround!

I place in an order for dish system with att, it necessary that I've a credit or mastercard to approach the installation charge. I went and purchased a money credit and place in $64.00, nicely today they declare my purchase continues to be ended so when I contact to verify possibly they do not get or they do not return my telephone calls. That purchase was suppose to become on nowadays, and yet nothing.
