While my mom died in 1999 I overran the home telephone number used to do not need at&t at that point but still do not even today so when I'd get my regular declaration it'd have an at&t surcharge onto it and so I contactaed at&t and talked having a boss there also it confirmed that I'd no-account together and that I informed at&TI had been billed a surchage I had been informed to go up with verizon then when I named verizon they stated that at&t was getting them-so verizon may cost me That's after I changed telephone firms ad been harassed since by selections and that I have informed verizon in addition to another selection businesses when verizon may return all at&t surcharges that's been billed in my experience then and just subsequently may negotiate up any distinction which hasbeen happening since 1999
