I have complained to airtel many a time through customer care, that i don't need services of hello tunes on my telephone.inspite of it, they are keeping hello tune and charging money for that. Everytime they say that they have deactivated this service, but everytime i am charged for this service in my bill. This is nothing, but cheating the customer forcibly!
