I recently got satellite internet from Wildblue. I had been informed that my credit card amount was just for arranging my installment day and there could be no costs on my card. I had been also informed that installment and gear is free. When Iam taking a look at my statement per month later, they charged my payment and 289.00 for that gear. I contact them-and spend more than 30 minute speaking with customer support about this. At stopping period the woman was like "I am sorry we're shut today you will have to call-back tomorrow"!!! I could not think after being about the telephone that long they'd simply reduce me down like this. And so I contact them back today and was ON-HOLD for 25 minute before I hung-up and named back like I had been a brand new client seeking support they would not actually assist me since the consideration is in my own partners title! I am finding my cash back... I would rather not need web then provide them with some of my cash!!!
