Mystery bill, rude customer service!

After a long time of lacking Vartech, I obtained a secret statement in the organization... They cannot tell me what it's for... They say I still owe it... And customer support was a headache!!! They moved me to some other department but could not provide me the immediate range... The person there stated he was talking in the 'workplace of the leader'... Really rude!!! Nevertheless no solutions or methods to the secret statement... Beware they might become Exel communications...
