Getting cash from my account, after termination

Phony funmobile rip off organization required 20.00 bucks from my prepaid bill, and that I had formerly informed them I don't need their support. It had been marketed free ringer, when I noticed these were likely to cost, (false marketing) I terminated, plus they did not provide me a no cost ring-tone, but nonetheless required cash! How do you solve this? Most of all, how do you get my money-back? I'm handicapped, and on the fixed-income, every cent is accounted for, this screwed me!
