Cellphone unauthorized charge

I received my statement from Verizon and there is this cost of $5.99 and so I called them. They stated it had been Funmobile but I told them I never bought to something. They believed to wording 99621 on my telephone to stop and also the concept returned having said that I had been not really a customer.

I've been returning and forth with Funmobile by mail. I told them easily wasn't a customer than how did I get billed? Stated I'd to set up a flag and that I told them used to donot. Besides I never received something from their store in a text what exactly were they getting me for?

Ultimately they did say I had been terminated and there could be no further costs however they wouldn't provide me back the $5.99. I'll examine again with Verizon to ensure no further costs are put into my statement. It's simply too poor anything can not be completed for this organization but because it isn't located in the united states I'm unsure it drops under some of our regulations.
