Issue in contacting if 2 different people authorized

I'm using Dependence India calling card for that previous 5 weeks. However now I'm not able to contact from my lodge quantity. (I've moved myself in one hotel to a different resort).

The key reason why I'm not able to call is, somebody has authorized the resort quantity (that I contact) within their consideration so they may call immediately by calling the FLAG. Then when i attempted to contact out of this quantity, I had been straight requested to call the FLAG, that we can't do.

I spoke for the customer service government, plus they stated that they'll launch that quantity after January 31, because there is some present happening in those days.

But despite that, i confronted exactly the same problem and today the client care government says like, I've to hold back till February 28, while there is even more present happening.

I don’t truly comprehend, why they've guaranteed that they can launch that quantity on January, 31 as well as for no cause I've to endure. I've energized for 50$ and that I am unable to utilize it today.

I'm not necessarily pleased with this scenario of course if it nevertheless proceeds, I've no choice apart from likely to various other calling card and I’ll quit from Dependence India phone consideration.
