Late fees and overcharging!

Has anyone examined to determine how much cash Verizon makes on late fees. They've billed me a lot of late charges due to a phony and humongous statement they delivered to me that I questioned. Although arguing, they extended to cost me a late paid around the $1128 telephone bill. I'd a global calling strategy named North America's option. They charged me running for that first week in Mexico after which would not change it till we confronted them. I'd required document charges over and over describing my calls plus they never arrived. Only expenses declaring just how much I owed. I still have not gotten something. They're terrible. Everybody explained to prevent Verizon due to their payment cons, but I simply needed to discover the hard way. Avoid Verizon. I've submitted a using the FCC to possess them researched for scam. If Mission may rob the folks and advantages may also, why don't you Verizon. Is it difficult in order for them to actually employ damaged people?
