My husband had our providers ended despite the fact that we weren't because of topup until 11/21/06 on our records. After calling the Business's alleged "specialist experts", they cannot appear to agree up times on our prior top. May one individual claims June and another says. (it had been really July!) nevertheless, the final out going phone produced from my telephone was on October 16, without any issues, I would include. Therefore when the "specialists" are appropriate about their times, I ought to have unable to create that phone, right?! Today I've 2 telephones without any telephone numbers and we're out over $60.00 as a result of the incompetance of this company's. Therefore to Tiffany at Virgin Mobile I would like to express - Cheers for nothing!

P.S. Why does not Virgin Mobile possess a primary link for client grievances? One could n't be found by me if this is the situation, just how can somebody in my own scenario do that and if you don't need to login together with your telephone#?
