Can't contact area code 319

I've a problem with cingular wireless. Cingular and I've spoken daily and that I simply obtain the run-around. Is there somebody I write to protest or will contact. Shortly my issue is the fact that I can't contact area code 319. I'm exercising of condition although my telephone is 319 region code. I can't call home. I can not be called by another cell ph from 319. I visited a cingular shop within the town they attempted to contact my cell using their cell plus I'm working. I'm ready to contact region requirements that are additional. I can be called by landlines in 319. I call them.

I've called cingular plus they claim they're working about the issue however it still isnt functioning. It's been per week.

Is there something I will do? Is there somebody I will keep in touch with?
