Issues getting calls and making telephone calls

I'm so discouraged with Suncom, I'd 2-year agreement with suncom and following half and a year, I had been struggling making telephone calls and getting calls. I'd to take the road to create a phone. I continued spending normal expenses via immediate withdrawal from my lender and waited for just two weeks wishing the scenario might enhance. Lastly, I noticed the store-manager and went, he recommended a brand new telephone, I purchased the phone he explained he'll return me, if changing the phone doesnt support. New phone didnt help. The store-manager was good enough to provide the reimbursement to me, stated he'll launch my telephone number which is okay to interrupt the agreement and change wireless supplier which if something is charged he'd refund me the total amount. I waited for then 2 weeks and my statement for splitting the agreement after was charged $180, I'd immediate withdrawal setup, so that they got the cash. I went handful of occasions towards the shop, the store supervisor wasn't there, lastly oneday I bought him within the telephone, and he got my ssn and stated that he's previously posted statements to return the total amount and that I will receive a check within 6-8 months. After 6-8 months I named the shop, simply to understand that he's quit suncom and there's no-documentation of the entire point.

Today, I'm looking to get my money-back, trust me it's the toughest move to make. Even the people in the shop or the client support say that it's their plan to cost $180 for not and splitting the agreement providing notice of just one month ahead of time. I desire that I had been informed by store-manager of the and never lied in my experience.
