Too bad sad

I've been an Alltel client for 5 years. I recently shifted to a place that's however maintained by Alltel and that I am ready to obtain 1 club (occasionally) at my home. Alltel has been named by me and was informed they can't undue to the failure to make use of my telephone. It appears I should purchase something that I can't use. The support representative accepted to bad serivce in my own region and actually looked up my tackle. I've her entrance since I named from function documented and we've speech recording for quality control reasons.

I'm surprised in the bad customer service (or instead NO SERVICE) from Alltel. The " bad, so unfortunate" perspective I obtained built me much more furious!
