Bought and paid for an item which I did not recieve and emailed four times with no response

I found this website via a search engine, www.spyder-online.com. I bought and paid for a pair of ski gloves. After two months of waiting, I had not recieved any items, so I started emailing the company via there contact site.
Having not recieved any response to my first email, I then emailed again, still with no response. My third and fourth emails, I asked for either my items or my money back, otherwise I would report them for ripping me off.
My advice to any one thinking of buying from this site is DONT.
