Gave the gym dr note to freeze membership, they didn't and claim I didnt submit medical documentation

I'd surgery in April and posted a physicians notice towards the employee at World Exercise in Warren, MI and required my account be frozen. I had been simply authorized to return to complete responsibilities in September and returned towards the gym to unfreeze my bill. They explained that I owed $159 and my acct was terminated in December plus they never obtained medical files consequently my acct was freezing. The woman mentioned to create within the files again and he or she might display the supervisor ERIC. He's therefore rude, and never customer-friendly. He essentially offered me to tales/lies and mentioned he couldn't do something. I named their Corporate practices, plus they weren't useful both. They did get ahold of the Business operator and he mentioned he might slice the statement in two!!! I do not owe them anything-i had been on the medical impairment!!! They didn't do their work and notice my consideration after I offered MEGAN the medical notice in April. Bad customer support.
