Toughest online shopping experience I Have ever endured. I requested a backpack from Outside Sand and just obtained the body. Okay incidents occur and that I experimented with contact their customer support quantity to truly have the proper product delivered (the bill had the right product shown). They don't take phone calls despite the fact that they record a 800-number and all communication is compelled to become e-mail centered. They condition if in before 4 PM CST they'll answer the e-mail exactly the same day however the fasted they actually replied to quarry were 24 hours later. Their emails are brief, cryptic, and clearly compiled by somebody who is significantly less than savvy. They needed me to deliver the incorrect product back at my price though it was their error. Following a handful of e-mail trades they delivered a return shipping lable without any additional notice or reputation. I really annoying and uncustomer service-oriented organization to cope with.
