Never delivered my order, stole my money!

I placed an order with Sports 55 back on Feb12 for my 14u fastpitch softball team. I ordered 2 jerseys, 2 pair of custom pants, custom bat bag, belts, socks for 16 girls cost around $3300. It is June 14th now and I still haven't recieved my order! Back around the first of May I was told my bat bags were in customs and should be delivered any day, my pants should be in any day. Today I am doing a charge back on my credit card and I would advise anyone else dealing with these guys to do the same! They are clearly unprofessional and should be banned from running any kind of business! John the owner says he is going to sue me of I cancel my order and do a charge back on my credit card, he wants to send me bat bags out of left over stock and wants me to settle for uniforms that we don't want, he just doesn't get it! All of his workers are programmed to mislead you when you call in and all of them have the game down to an art, they pass you from person to person none of which can help! Don't do business with these guys, if you do your gonna get taken!
