Ripoff: shipped wrong product twice, made me pay for return shipping, never sent my merchandise

I ordered a WHITE throwback football jersey for these idiots. They sent a BLUE one. I called and insisted that they replace it with the WHITE one that I ordered. They told me that I would have to pay to ship it back to them and they would reimburse me. I did so. A few weeks later, I get the same jersey from them AGAIN! I call and write to complain with no response this time. I go ahead and return it at my expense AGAIN! Now they have the merchandise and the money that I paid forthe jersey AND I am out the money that I paid to return the jersey because they never reimbursed me as promised.

It mail fraud and I will be informing the US Postal Inspection Service and other authroties. Plusm teh product was kind of sheesy as well.
