The company said if you do not like/wish to return the product we will refund your money, no questions asked, Sears grew larger and larger. That sound policy kept them number #1 for decades. No more. Sears bought Kmart, in the process millions, upon millions of stock was granted to upper mgmt. And then was cashed in. Fast forward to today. Kmart, no receipt no return policy. I see corporate America has forgot that people stop and shop where they do not matter, and despite 100's of locations also online web site Sears feels that $50 stock price vs. A $200 stock price means nothing. Is this the way Sears wants to return shareholder equity? Amazon, one location, been in business 10% of the time Sears has been in business, a monkey could run Sears better. Why would anyone shop where you must adhere to policies that 100 years ago our grandparents would slap you in the head and ask you "where is your common sense".
