Finish Line Card used to purchase shoes was used fraudulently to charge magazine subscriptions

Several months ago I purchased shoes for my son at a Finish Line retail store in Metrocenter mall, Phoenix, AZ. I was told that if I signed up for email notifications I would receive coupons and a free subscription to Sports Illustrated. Today I just checked my bank statement and apparently the card I used to purchase the shoes was charged the magazine subscription price. I did not sign anything authorizing them to charge my card and had no idea where the charge was originating. I read on line that this has happened to other people and that they use the card information from the purchase to do this. I have contacted my bank, but I would not every shop at Finish Line again and have every intention of letting them know that this is an unscrupulous business practice. I am also going to let Sports Illustrated know that if this is how they have to get subscriptions, then they are pathetic.
