Ripoff dishonest fraudulent warranty service

On 3/25/04 bought Megatech International product from local store. After first use, I was advised to return faulty product to Megatech for warranty service. Megatech later claimed they never received the faulty product.

I initiated an investigation with Fedex for the missing package. Fedex found that product was delivered to Megatech and got B. Anderson to sign an affidavit to the same.

When confronted with the documentation and affidavit, Megatech agreed to replace product. A month later, they have still not sent a replacement.

This process has so far required numerous long-distance phone calls, e-mails and faxes. Many times I have been put on hold for over 5 minutes, only to be told that the person I need to talk to it out, and I will have to call later.
