I answered an ad in march 04 about a business opportunity on careerbuilder.com the add said i could purchase a protected territory to place my golf swing analyser that i would purchase from 4usa golf. Icalled the # listed and spoke to steve toms he took my information and gave me an address to send the check. I sent 1,300 dollars for 3 of these machines (that was the minimum you could purchase) they were supposed to ship on april 7 04 well needless to say that date came and went as did several others every time with a new excuse and date. Finally i had enough and asked for a refund after weeks of unanswered messages i received an e-mail stating a refund was issued (that was a month ago! Still nothing as of today (surprise surprise!) now even the number seems to be disconnected.

I called the company where i saw the add to see if they had anymore info and they told me they stopped running their adds because of non pmt another big surprise huh! I called the ftc and filed a complaint which i suggest everyone do, but they cannot help the people on a personal level only investigate it for the authorities. If there is anyone out there that can help i would appreciate it if you would contact me also i hope others read this before they fall for the same scam. This guy is scum and needs to be found and dealt with.
