Kept charging after quitting

Therefore, I quit the Exercise 19 in Covina, CA last Feb since I shifted from the region. He claims that 1) I shoulda have held my bill (Iam throwing myself within the butt for not doing this) since, since I-donot contain it, there's no evidence I stop, so Iam attempting to draw a quick one, and 2) I must have stored greater monitoring of my bank claims (Yes, he truly stated that). To that we state, 10 bucks per month? I take advantage of my ATM card a great deal and did not discover 10 bucks per month melting from my bill till I examined last Saturday and also the automated cost (and annual service-fee ($19.00) was removed. Tucker did provide me $40.00 to resolve this (40 dollars??? They owe me around $140!!!) Questions: Whatever happened to "the client is definitely correct"?? Whatever happened to integrity and ethics running a business? I tell ya, I am prepared to state "Maintain the cash. Iam believe alternatively that I'll alert people about Exercise 19is truly problematic business integrity." Exercise 19, you might have charge me $140, but I believe, easily may maintain some people from joining your gym and likely to your competition alternatively, it'll wind up charging you a lot more compared to $140 you (IMO) took from me.
