Video Swing Analyzer will never materialize - total ripoff

I fell for it - a new golf gadget that could be installed at driving ranges and would be a real money maker. Sounded good. Pictures made the device appear plausible.

Well, I was so sold (i.E. Suckered) that I bought two territories! Fortunately I have only apparently lost $1,700 because for the second territory Steve (or whoever the guy really is) took VISA and then refunded two of the machines. He asked that I use Pay Pal to re-transmit funds for the ones he refuned but I declined, arguing that the machines were several manths late and that I would pay for them once I saw (received) a machine. Just like John from Prospect Park, PA, I have heard every imaginable excuse for product not shipping.

Currently, I have seven unreturned phone calls into them (even left a message for a Linda who is/was supposedly in marketing). I have a half dozen unresponded-to emails to Steve and Linda as well.

Steve, for some reason you responded to John of Prospect Park's consumer complaints. How about responding to mine - with a refund check? And don't try to get anyone to beleive that you are dropping me for any reason (I don't think anyone would believe you anyway).
