Order placed and paid for for Hockey Jerseys and Socks for Charity event. The seller guaranteed delivery via DHL by 6 March. The charity event is 10 March. Items never arrived and now they refuse contact. I have over 300 pages of email and contacts to support claim. They refuse contact.
