Best Buy Golf Supply
Rip-off! I received only part of the order, they will not return my calls of emails

When I received my clubs I was missing an Iron. So I called the company and emailed them immediately. They responded and stated they would send the iron and it would take a couple of weeks. They also said that they would not charge me that one club. So far so good.

Three months later and no club they will not respond to my emails and they must have caller ID because they will not answer the phone. Through all of this I been very polite and cordial with the company but now I just want to return the clubs and forget Best Buy Golf Supply even exists. I'm very disappointed with this company and recommend avoiding this company at all cost. How do you return clubs to company that won't respond and ignores you? Anybody want to buy a incomplete set of knock off clubs? I didn't think so.
