Continued debiting checking account after contract ended

Our contract ended with World Gym two months ago so I called and notified them to stop drafting my account. The next month they drafted the account so I called the bank and put a stop on them and they changed their name to get around it and debited it again.

I had to send them a certified letter telling them that I did not want them debiting my account. I also had to call the company that did the bank drafts and threaten to file a fraud claim against them if they debited my account again.

Do not join this gym or allow them to debit from your account. Customer service is very poor and they don't care about their members!
