Bases Full, llc Will not refund money of items that were returned with approval

I purchase 2 pairs of baseball pants for my son that the website described as "Flare". When he tried them on they were NOT flare but were tapered at the ankle and so did not fit correctly. I called the company and got an approval code to return the pants, which I did at my own expense ($11)

They received the pants in their warehouse 14 days ago and they will not refund me my money or respond to paypal for the dispute. VERY shady! Will not do business with them again!!!
