Mike Staple of MIHA used Sean Conlon's email which you can read below. Although signed by Conlon, it was Mike Staple who sent the actually email using Sean Conlon's email account.

I see that you have Eric Newell on your roster. On his collar you can clearly make out the name Chi-Town Shamrocks. That name is trademarked and that picture can not be used with expressed written consent of Midwest inline Hockey Association. I ask that you remove that picture from your site within 24 hours. A copy of this message has been forwarded to the MIHA lawyer Eric Hock. If this picture is not removed we will file a case of copy right infringement. We will file an injunction that prevents you from competing in any events until the case is seen heard by a judge.
