Ripoff This company has just cost me at least $200,000.00 due to their lack of honesty and commitment

This company has just cost me at least $200,000.00 due to their lack of honesty and commitment. The owner caused me to loose a lucrative contract with a major engine manufacture. He refused to finalize my contract with his boatyard after 2 1/2 months of promising to do same. He was well aware of the terms of the contract I had with the manufacture because I had consulted with him as to a completion date PRIOR to making the contract.

He has delayed doing any work on my boat even though he has had a $150,000.00 deposit for the project. This project is estimated to be between $400 and $500,000.00.

I've tried repeatedly to contact him via phone and email but he never returns my calls or responds to emails.

I've since learned that he does not want to give "final" prices because he has a habit of increasing the cost just before delivery of the boat. This leaves the customer with a take it or loose it situation.

I have found that he is very disreputable and will gouge you when given the opportunity.

I believe, at this writing, that he purposely has sabotaged my project due to his NOT getting the engine deal himself for his personal boat.

I would recommend that if you are considering to have work done on your boat that you go anywhere but to Glass-tech, Corp.in Miami.
