Very abusive atmosphere for children

Military coaching style. Yells and calls names to the gymnasts. Girls will be yelled at so much they break down and cry. Then there sent to locker room. Coaching staff is mainly gymnasts that were level 8 and below. Most of there upper level girls were recruited unethically from other gyms. Not devoloped at R-Athletics. Other local gyms have higher quality coaching.

Owner/coach does not communicate well with parents. It's my way or the highway mentallity. Not very much experience in the business world or working with people and it shows. The atmosphere at this gym is not good. There is a lot of drama that effects the young girls. There are a lot of unhappy gymnists and several are starting to quit. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!
