Cheer uniform

My daughter quit and we have paid for her uniform and kathy (the owner) will not give it to us. The contract states no money is to be refunded but no mention about uniforms she has had the whole senior squad drop out and she has told a few of them that she will refund them. She has tole them they will participate in compitions but has made excuses for them not to go and know she is tryig to recruit girls telling them she has uniforms to GIVE them. The reason the girls have quite is due to her constant yelling at them and makeing them cry and all of this is done in her office and she needs to notify parents. Her daughter has alot to do with this because if someone even looks at her wrong she runs to kathy but several of us parents would like to get the uniform we, re not asking for the money and she keeps stalling with her decision she should not take advantage of girls that do want to cheer and to run a buisness as I understand it she has had several other gyms and lost them. I have called several times and she refuses to give us the uniforms that we have paid for thank you
