Tim Miller Did not fill my order and did not refund my money!

I ordered a magazine for my pistol from Tim on Aug. 6 (His ad on the internet stated that he had them in stock) He charged my credit card the following day. ($52.50) After waiting more then 3 weeks without word from Tim regarding the status of my order. I called him on the phone. Tim told me he did not know when my order would by filled. On Nov. 14 I called him again on the phone, he told me it was back ordered. At that time I asked him to cancil my order and refund my money, as I was able to purchased an identical one from another internet source. He said "no problem I will tell accounting tomorrow and they will take care of it". They did not! I have since e-mailed Tim 3 times, and he has e-mailed me back each time telling me he will take care of it personally. &Todays date is Jan. 22 and he still has not given me a refund as promised.

5 1/2 months from order date with no magazine and NO REFUND!

I will not deal with this man again! He has no honor and he lies and cheats, he cannot be trusted!!!
