Lucy Creek Arms
Failed to fill my order and did not refund my money

Lucy Creek Arms is owned and operated by Tim Miller. I oredered a Springfield M1A Scout on 3-9 for the price of $1,660.00. The order was taken and I received a receipt via e-mail confirming my purchase. The purchase was made with a credit card and it was approved that day.

Tim Miller was contacted on the phone after six months of waiting and he stated " The firearm was on back order and Springfield was very slow with their orders". After waiting eight months Mr. Miller was contacted again and he made the same statement, but stated I was at the top of the list. I now began to e-mail Mr. Miller to create a paper trail of his statements, after one year, I cancelled my order for the firearm and requested a full refund.

My refund request was via e-mail and Lucy Creek Arms responded to my refund request. Since the cancellation of my order I have not received my $1,660.00 back nor a reason for the refusal of paying me back from Mr. Miller.
I filed a complaint with the BBB, case#90193058. Mr. Miller did not respond to the BBB dispute with me.
