Sold me a new 0 hours watercraft that doesn't work and refused to fix it

I purchased a 2011 seadoo gts new (0 hours) at this dealer on November 25 and since I got it I haven't been able to ride it since its been acting up, I took it to the dealer 3 times already to get it fix since is under warranty with no luck. The watercraft have now only 2 hours of use and it's acting up, it won't pass 11 miles per hour and it shows a P0524 code. The dealer refuses to fix my watercraft for no reason at all. Now I'm going to have to drive further to another seadoo certified dealer to try to get it fix. I pay over 10,000.00 dollar for a new watercraft and I got a lemon. My email is
