American Bodyworks-Castleberry altered my contract terms

On 9/9 I joined American Bodyworks-Castleberry in Cumming, GA. With these terms: $49 down, $15.99/mo. Starting 11/1, waive $10 key fee, waive $29.95 annual fee, 7 day date to cancel- 9/16.
When I received my Nov. Credit card bill I saw that my account had been charged twice. 10/9 & 11/9.
I called the gym & was told I needed to contact the billing company, National Fitness. After explaining to the billing company what happened, I asked them to mail me what they had on file. When I received it I found a partial scanned copy of the contract that I signed (my signature was not captured with the scan), and a typed copy (that I had never seen) with these terms: $49 down on 9/9, $15.99/mo. Starting 10/9, $24.99 annual fee, 7 day date to cancel-9/20. The name Celeste Gordon (??) was at the bottom, & there was no member signature.
The sales manager, Zeke Vela wrote & signed my contract. The manager, Hyuk Chun, was also there on 9/9.
1 mistake is a clerical error, but 3 is contract fraud.
When I called the billing Co. Back & explained the contract fraud to them, I began to see some action.
The next day I called the gym & was told that the owner, Ashar Syed & the billing Co. Had called, & that the best solution was to dissolve my membership with a zero balance. Later that day at the gym I began asking Hyuk questions, trying to
flush out the truth. It was obvious that he wanted to appease me and try to sweep the blatant fraud under the rug. He shrugged off my questions and even offered me a free month!
The next day as I was leaving the gym, he told me that he couldnt have me working out there without a membership! I asked him why he offeredme a free month just yesterday. He basically skirted my question and everything else I brought up concerning his pattern of bald-faced lying. Things got tense & he told me I was not welcome back there. I have no problem leaving. I dont trust them anymore with my credit card. Others need to be aware of what happened to me before signing a contract there.
