Ripoff Rental of Waverunner deposit for alleged damage

Waverunner checked out by teenager who marks a damage sheet while playing down existing damage Upon return Owner inspects every mark says if it is not marked you did it. Scratches that were on the boat prior to rental are then used to deduct amount of deposit.

If you dispute anything they claim they were not there and say the paper does not show damage therefore, everything they see was caused by you.

It is a scam because although the bow showed damage on the inspection, the owner says these scratches wewr not included.

The boat did not sustain ANY damage while in our possession. If you protest their decision they threaten blacklisting.

I believe if you cause damage you should pay for it but to use deception to increase the rental amount it is fraud!
