Don't do what they say/won't refund complete price Internet

Purchased a carb rebuild kit from saveonboating.com after using their chart to select my kit. I also noted the carb# of the kit I needed. About 2 weeks later I received the wrong kit. "Brian"sujested a different kit, looked to be the one I needed, so I orded it. I was assured I would be refunded the price and shipping for the first kit. After which I received several emails saying they didn't have the kit I needed. 2 weeks goes buy and I get kit#2 (shipping on this kit was$15.00!). This was the proper kit. So I fired a nother email to brian and again, was assured I would be refunded the kit price and shipping from kit#1.2 days ago I got a email notice that saveonboating had refunded my pay pal account $5.00. Keep in mind that kit#1 was $16.00 and shipping was $12.00. I would not refer these people to anyone!
